About Timothy O' Brien
Timothy O'Brien is a native of Minnesota. He grew up in the city of Stewartville, just outside of Rochester. He was admitted to the Minnesota State Bar Association in 2003. He is also admitted to practice in U.S. Federal Court and the Court of Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community. Prior to his career as an attorney, he worked for Allied Insurance handling personal injury claims from 1994 to 2002. He was recognized as an Associate of Claims in 1996 and his experience built the foundation for his future success in his personal injury practice. He has expanded his practice into many areas of the law and is a full-service, general practice attorney.
